Wow this one blew my mind. Came looking like any other tart but this was anything but. The top was creamy oozy molten cheese. And the base beneath, you can imagine it as something with royce chocolate sort of texture but in hojicha flavour. So good.

Crabmeat, caviar and clams. What could be better? A dollop of creamy uni of course. Deliciously rich and slurp worthy pasta thats easy on the wallet, only gripe was that it came lukewarm - would have been so much tastier otherwise!

yoghurt ice cream, gula melaka granola, lavender honey, ricotta crumble

We had the grain-fed USDA Prime, Omaha, USA Sirloin ($69 for 340gram). We loved the flavourful medium rare sirloin that came with a deep rich crust.

The other night we went to check out another restaurant opened by ex-Saveur owner before the new year. The dining setting was casual, and the food did not disappoint. I ordered A Bowl of Dylan's Memories that consists of iberico pork chop served with garnishes of various ingredients and was honestly won over. Friends beef cheek melted in her mouth and bowled her over. The appetizer, Grill Avocado is exquisitely served with something I can't remember 😂
Over here they understand that Singaporeans like to #shareshare and allow sharing of appetizers and even expected you to share your mains too.
Service is attentive and the semi casual enviorment puts everyone at ease. Prices are reasonable for affordable French dining. I do recommend that you pay them a visit!

Really lovely, but for Burpple beyond users, please take note that the 4 course set is not the same as the lunch set. I loved the food here, very creative, very well thought out menu and great service but i’d personally only return for the lunch set at $20+ and probably not too often for the burpple beyond set priced at $78+ (more suitable for date night maybe). I thought it was the same so just wanted to point it out to other users to take note (in case) to avoid this costly mistake if you actually intended to take the lunch set.

Soon it will be Pineapple Tarts and Bak Kwa!
