Small and it was served just in a small container. The alcohol taste was quite strong and the mascarpone was sweet and creamy, but we couldnā€™t really taste the coffee in it. All in all, average and not memorable.

I thought this would look better but the aesthetic was a bit lacking. The portion was also small and the beef was tough. The beef cubes were flavourful, but very tough (full of tendons that were very tough to bite). The sauce for this was quite watery too and didnā€™t stick to the beetroot Lunghi well.

The Fusilli Lunghi is very special, which I have not tried before. Itā€™s very al dente and a bit like thicker version of Maggie Mee šŸ˜³. The truffle is quite strong and thereā€™s a peppery taste to the sauce. The sauce is quite thick and sticks to the pasta quite well. However, we find the truffle + cheese + pepper combi was a bit..weird for us.

Interesting combinations for the pasta. Too hard for my liking but my partner likes it felt it was 7/10 cooked instead of the normal al dente at 9/10. Pasta lacking in salt and my mentaiko felt a little bland. The clams one was not too bad. To be honest even with the burpple deals still feels quite expensive

All style no substance. The squid used seemed fresh and premium, and the frying was good. But the squid was tasteless and all else became slave to this flaw.

With squid ink tagliatelle, bacon, vodka, bird's eye chilli, tomato-cream and parmigiano. This dish was the saving grace of our visit. The bacon was especially delicious.

With roasted capsicum and paprika spaghetti, scallops and green tobiko. Atrocious that they allow requests for softer pasta but ours came very hard, like uncooked. The ingredients were interesting but the entire meal was spoilt.

We tried this Mentaiko pasta today at Pasta & Co. It was pretty good! The seared scallops were good as well! Would definitely come back and try the others.

Ordered mentaiko and ragu pasta, both full portion . Doesnā€™t seem like thereā€™s a lot also haha but
Both were tasty
Truffle fries was meh
Cold Brew tea was carbonated :( Would appreciate if it was stated in the menu HAHAā€¦ cos i donā€™t like carbonated drinks and thereā€™s were anyother non carbonated drinks in the menu except water or wineā€¦

Been a long time since I've eaten at this restaurant, and the quality is still pretty good! Here are the dishes I've tried:

1ļøāƒ£ C&C&C&C&C Pasta ($25.90 for main size) - yes their pasta name is interesting, but basically its filled with ingredients starting with C. This cold dish boasts of creamy seafood flavours coming from the crabmeat and lobster bisque! Pretty decent dish that is worth a try.

2ļøāƒ£ "Hainanese" Pork Tomahawk ($32.90) - I was surprised how meaty yet tender the pork cutlet was! The sauce that it's drenched in definitely reminds me of Hainanese chicken rice chilli, and the addition of fruit jam definitely made it interesting. It does not get too surfeiting because of that! However, there is still a slight pork smell that some may not like.

3ļøāƒ£ Waffles & Roe ($9) - an interesting dish, with deep earthy flavours coming from the waffles and seafood savoury punch from the ikura roe. This is a mix of sweet and savoury flavours that will open up your palette!

With their menu changing every 4 months, you can see the innovative elements in their dishes. Will be back to try more dishes next time!

Basically creme brulee, but honestly it's better

Most creme brulees have a custard base that's steamed. This one is cooked in a pot, requiring more effort and gives a thick soft and not completely set texture. The sugar crust was textbook but the flavour was incredible. Super strong, can't rlly pinpoint what's the key difference but really it's better than most creme brulees, even though the ingredients are basically the same. A hint of lemon made it even better

Must try, it's seriously something

Overall I feel like the reviews are very overhyped, the food is expensive for the portion and taste, as well as the location. There are 1 or 2 highlights though that's worth making a trip for, but by and large no

Chef was very kind and let us tried 2 desserts on the house. In fac throughout the meal he was very nice and talked to us a lot, explaining and recommending personally

The rice pudding tastes too much like rice tho. It's not cooked into the dessert, it's very plain and doesn't taste very much like a dessert
