the bowl is hugeee and the fish is fresh and plump! personally prefer the fried fish because there is more flavour. we got the MIXED FISH SOUP ($11), and EGG W PRAWN ($9.80) which was mid. just get the fish soup

It was interesting to find out that @cqgf.sg has a buffet menu, and if you are a big eater, this is a very good option to go for! The weekday lunch buffet cost just $28.80, with many grilled fish and side dishes that you can order.

Among all the variations of grilled fish we ordered, the ๐™’๐™–๐™ฃ๐™ฏ๐™๐™ค๐™ช ๐™Š๐™ก๐™™ ๐™Ž๐™˜๐™๐™ค๐™ค๐™ก ๐™‚๐™ง๐™ž๐™ก๐™ก๐™š๐™™ ๐™๐™ž๐™จ๐™ was our favourite. The patin fish used was very meaty and really fresh, and we loved how flaky it was! It was cooked in a very fragrant chilli oil that isn't too spicy and yet very flavourful!

Among the many selections of side dishes that we enjoyed such as saliva chicken, seasoned black fungus as well as egg fried rice, the ๐™๐™ง๐™ž๐™š๐™™ ๐™ˆ๐™–๐™ฃ ๐™๐™ค๐™ช ๐™ฌ๐™ž๐™ฉ๐™ ๐˜พ๐™ค๐™ฃ๐™™๐™š๐™ฃ๐™จ๐™š๐™™ ๐™ˆ๐™ž๐™ก๐™  was the perfect accompaniment to the grilled fish. It was crispy, fluffy and the sweet touch of the condensed milk gave a good break to the savoury meal we were having.

Can't wait to be back to have a feast with my friends here again!

A word of caution: even during weekday lunches it may be difficult to find seats. Feel free to use the reserved seats if you know you won't stay too long, or reserve a seat in advance

Food:
Delicious. Paru had a nice texture, not too rough. The sambal was aromatic and not too spicy. It's really really addictive
