A delicious, exquisite semi-buffet, with choice of 1 main, and free-flow breads, breakfast, cold cuts, salads, soups, fresh seafood, desserts, and non-alcoholic beverages.
.
Selected the Saffron Risotto With Tiger Prawns & Garden Peas, Locally-Farmed Arugula. The risotto was nicely creamy al-dente, with luxurious grainy sweet spice flavour. The deshelled tiger prawns had a bouncu juicy crunch, with natural sweet savoury flavour. The crisp rocket leaves / arugula had vegetal bitter herbal sweet flavour. So good.
.
The breakfast items were delicious too. There's creamy soft scrambled eggs with bright eggy sweet savour flavour, and juicy grilled tomato with vegetal sweet notes.
.
The crisp potato hashbrown was tasty with starchy salty savoury flavour, and the bouncy juicy grilled button mushrooms held vegetal earthy salty savoury notes.
.
The thick yet tender honey glazed ham was succulent with smoky meaty sweet salty flavour, and the crisp streaky pork bacon has nice smoky fatty savoury salty flavour.
.
The fam loved the thick smooth pumpkin soup with its vegetal earthy sweet flavour. Also loved the crunchy crisp cereal mix with cold milk.
.
The soft warm panettone with juicy raisins burst with bready fruity sweet flavour, while the chocolate profiteroles have a chewy choux pastry shell encasing smooth chocolate cream with chocolatey sweet notes.

Not authentic by any means but lovely. It's not super thick as it should be, both in terms of flavour and texture but I really, really enjoyed this version. The soup was robust yet light enough to keep drinking, and the portion was just right for one pax too.

Rouille wasn't traditional either I believe, it added a different dimension but I was abit more indifferent about this. It's certainly not terrible but it doesn't gel w the soup, luckily literally as well so it doesn't disturb the remaining volume.

The tarragon added a fresh mild zest to the soup. Pretty pricey but justified by the well cooked bouncy lobsters that were mildly sweet and umami.

Overall it's a good dish by itself, it's everything else that's abit uncomfortable

Terrible. It's so hard and way too difficult to bite through.

Wasn't a pleasant experience. From the booking which they are fastidious about, to the cancellation fee even if you have covid or are sick, and finally the manager I think whose words were hard to catch.

Buffet breakfast at Alley on 25, one of the must try is this crispy waffle.

With bourbon caramel and vanilla ice cream. I ordered this for dessert because I knew I'd enjoy it, but honestly it has too much pecan. The bourbon caramel added a nice dimension.

With mango and toasted coconut. I thought the layers would make this easy to like, but I couldn't stand the sourness!

Credit to the potato seeming like it's hand-cut. But it's a very basic bowl of fries, especially given you have to top up money for it.
