@thatsmypizza at Bukit Timah Food Centre!

Was there recently for dinner and chanced upon this pizza stall with quite a few people waiting around for their pizzas! Took one walk round the food centre and didnt fancy any other food, so decided to give the pizzas a go! They have many pretty interesting and unique pizza flavour choices!

Initially wanted to order the tomato base applewood bacon pizza ($22), but they ran out of the bacon by the time it was our order, so we settled for our next choice instead which was the Special Base Japanese Chashu Kurobuta Pork ($28)

It was a 30mins plus wait on a weekday evening!

Their pizzas are handstretched and goes through a long fermentation process before being fire baked! The pizza has a chewier texture than normal pizzas, and there is a slight char on the crust!

Will be back again to try the Applewood Bacon!

A cosy co-working space with comfortable meeting area, and of course they also serves some in-house dining as well.

I ordered their falafel bowl without much expectation and was surprised with the portion. It is actually very big and fulfilling meal for one person.

Comes with lots of mixed mesclun, cherry tomato salsa and tabouleh.

Of course with their house-made falafel you can’t go without the humus, which they provided 2 type of it; included the traditional and beetroot.

Accompanied by mixed herbs, avocado, house-made plant-based raita, house-made flatbread, dukkah and almonds.

I need some protein for my lunch, which is why I also added some organic chicken to my bowl.

This has soft chewy gnocchi pasta balls immersed in a rich creamy 4 cheese sauce of parmesan, mozzarella, provolone, and pecorino romano, garnished with coriander and black pepper.

The result is a robust burst of cheesy salty savoury sweet herbal peppery spice flavour with each mouthful.

Completed with fresh crisp lettuce with vegetal sweet notes. Delicious and filling, best shared.

This is a unique pasta dish, with wide flat strips of al-dente pappardelle pasta noodles, garnished with a special wild boar ragu sauce.

It's not gamey at all, and the thick chunky meat sauce carries bright vegetal meaty savoury sweet flavour, nicely appetizing.
.
Completed with bits of coriander which lend vegetal herbal flavour, and fresh crisp lettuce with vegetal sweet notes.

Love the presentation of this dessert, which is served in a hollowed lemon.

The creamy icy lemon sorbet holds sharp punchy sour sweet flavour, intense yet palate cleansing.

Great way to finish a meal, but best to finish your wine first, else, this just eliminates the taste.

Spaghettini was al dente. The seafoid was clean and fresh. I didn know it was spicy. Nothing stands out so would recommend to try other dishes.

Loved both pizzas!! Pepperoni had the right amt of savoury and Mario truffle had the right balance

This antipasti is both a visual treat and a hearty sharing appetizer.

Over a bed of fresh crisp lettuce and crunchy cucumbers with vegetal sweet flavour, sits large wispy shavings of parma ham with smoky meaty salty savoury flavour, around a large ball of traditional Pugliese burrata of soft cow's cheese and cream with milky sweet flavour.

Completed with juicy cherry tomatoes with vegetal sweet flavour, and juicy rock melon slices with fruity sweet flavour. Loved every bite of this, everything pairs excellently with the other ingredients.

A house speciality appetizer, this features beef tripe / beef stomach oven baked with tomatoes and cheddar cheese, until everything is tender and juicy.

Rich with vegetal sweet savoury salty cheesy flavour, the tomatoes are soft while the beef tripe is lightly chewy, yum.

Smashing

Pasta had a good texture, there's sufficient heat and the garlic was ample too. Prawns were of very high quality, some of the best and sweetest frozen ones ever. Tomatoes were of good quality too but it didn't rlly mesh well w the rest, maybe except for providing brief respites of acidity before you dive back into the heady mess

Beautiful pizzas, wood fired made fresh in front of you.
Prices are a little high but currently they are running a 1 for 1 offer on takeout.

Affogato coffee is authentic but average tasting.

A must try if you like pizzas fresh and you are around bukit Timah. I recommend the salmon and spinach pizza for $30

really damn huge omg....soft & moist inside, hard & crumbly outside. it's actually not that sweet despite having white choc. hmmm maybe there can be bigger blueberries inside? coz it tasted one-dimensional halfway
