this place needs no introduction. if you’re looking for a place for a celebration, get together with loved ones, this is the place to be. amazing service crew, top ambience, food was simply delicious needless to say. second consecutive year i chose to celebrate my birthday here😍

Number 1 Burger at $14
The burger overall is on the salty side but the beef patty (medium rare) is juicy with the nicely toasted bun, will recommend to eat the burger together with the given sides (lettuce,onion,tomato and pickle) to reduce the Jelakness and for that extra crunch and flavour

Fusion restaurant. With Beyond, the price was pretty affordable and food was good. Great ambience too, located facing the jewel fountain.

Curry was thick and nice.
It was filling even tho it didn’t look much.
Patty was good, crispy and cheesy!

Burpple 1 for 1
Soup was more herbaly than peppery! Reasonable tasty and You Tiao was good!

Non Burpple 1 for 1
This was surprisingly good and quite addictive! The taste of otah is authentic and the texture although not like real fish, is quite good. Almost like a softer fish cake.

This bowl was filled with the goodness of many premium ingredients (foie gras, unagi, truffle, ikura, wagyu beef, onsen egg). Well balanced flavours and presented in a cute Japanese bowl. We had the Burpple set which came with a pint of Asahi each for $98. Will be back to try the other items on the menu!

ordered the australian ribeye ($30) and the spatchcock chicken ($28) with a side of truffle fries ($6). with the 1-for-1, meal was definitely worth it. picture shown is aft i shared the dishes.

ribeye was tasty w the natural jus sauce! rly enjoyed the flavour of the beef but meat was a bit on the tougher side.

spatchcock chicken was very well flavored as well! although there were a few bloody bits (could be from it being frozen?).

truffles fries definite yums!

ambience is lovely and v nice for date nights, will definitely eat here again!

Most people come for the tonkatsu but trust me, once you’ve tried their Ebi Fry Ramen, you’ll be instantly converted. The soup base is heady, flavorful and chocked full of umami—almost reminiscent to Hae Mee but accented with Sakura prawns instead of conventional river prawns. The Ebi Fry is truly a work of art. Tender, crispy and just everything the average tempura wishes it could be.

No matter how tempting their tonkatsu is, give that a miss for a changeand opt for this instead. You’ll thank me later.

Founder and Head Chef Tan-San’s expertise and masterful skill shows in the way he presents his signature Tonkatsu made with premium pork loin. The fat-to-meat ratio is what makes it for me. Incredibly moist yet tender and juicy in all the right places. The way the crispy batter hugs onto the meat is impressive as well.

The set comes with refillable diced cabbage and Niigata rice. Everything at Hajime is made in-house from their tonjiru soup, their pickled cabbage to even their cabbage which they painstakingly dice themselves daily. If that isn’t testament to how much care and passion they dedicate to their craft, I don’t know what is.

It’s a place for comfort food if you crave for pho. Order the spring rolls as side too!

Truffle fries’ portion was a lot for its price! Fries were also very crispy even after a period of time! Could taste a little truffle. The duck meat was very tender and was marinated well. There was pumpkin purée too which was very smooth! The beef was tasty and sweet-tasting!
