The red and green rubies were fine but the coconut milk has turned abit sour alr

They did offer to waive the price of this tho

This wasn't too good. Too sweet, not much body, and the fish was very cheap

Quite a good version. Abit sweet but the noodles were chewy in a good way. There's wok hei as well

Overall pretty good

This is a very unique version. It's tender and gelatinous, but not in the same way as the normal good pork knuckles. Similarly the braised was very interesting as well, it's almost more meaty than sweet or savoury like most

Wtv the case it's a good version

Under chefs signatures

The 5 prawns were decent, but tang hoon was v dry

Skip

The coconut came in almost a foam state. Coconut and rice were ok, mango was v sour so overall meh

We got less spicy, it's not very spicy which is perfect

This is delicious, they nailed the flavours. Savoury and with wok hei

If you're here, you should try this

Now I know why ppl rave. When it's hot, the bread is really pure floof. It stunned me. But the downside is that the centre is then way too hot. You taste a lot more banana than kaya

It's the same ubiquitous filling as your kopitiam mushroom veg buns, skip

The bread tends to be abit dry if you leave it out overnight

The cream cheese was quite strongly seasoned, pretty good

This was mad delicious. I didn't like their bread cos it was too dense after you chew even tho it's soft and fluffy, but the Kaya bread doesn't have this problem cos it's flatter.

The Kaya itself was pretty good too, it's not the same as the normal one you find everywhere, you can really taste the slightly custardy texture and the full flsvour

Must try
