Perle Noire Oyster & Grill Bar is best known for serving premium steak cuts air-flown from USA, Australia, Argentina, Uruguay and New Zealand. But that’s not all, they also have stellar pasta dishes on their menu! The Tiger Prawns & Scallops Spicy Tom Yum Linguine is the epitome of east meets west.

Beef Bolognese and Beef and Pepperoni Pizza. Only paid $32 for this delicious combo. 🙌🏼

Good service. Ordered Prawn Aglio Olio and Mushroom Truffle Pizza under Burple beyond 1for1. Pasta was Al dente, though too salty for me and portion is too small for a guy's appetite. Pizza is good for sharing and really hit the spot👍 would reccomended to order

Ordered steak and egg and bbq baby back ribs. Doneness of the steak could be slightly more accurate (I ordered medium rare but what came was more like medium), baby back ribs were tender. Really liked the sides that came with the mains.

$45/set, medium rare - well served in herb butter so you can taste the tenderness and juicyness of the beef. Could request for more rare option as personally found that medium rare was more on a well done side but still pleasant nonetheless

Overall taste was alright however, the minced beef is extremely salty which made the entire dish salty even though I indicated no salt for the fried rice. Also, it is super oily even though I indicated less oil.

Very faint fishy taste but sauce was good overall, wasn’t too creamy nor cloying
Not a huge portion for that price

The bread was warm and well toasted although some parts were quite charred.
It’s complimentary and they allowed refills.

Especially love cracking the top layer of caramelised sugar everytime, and the chocolate here is more towards milky and slightly malty, yet smooth and creamy in texture.

This crab cake was densely packed, and you can defo taste the crab/ seafood flavour.

This was pretty spicy, with the spaghetti cooked al-dente, although I'd pick their fried rice over the aglio olio.

Their fried rice was pretty flavourful, with a strong beefy flavour, albeit a little greasy for my liking. Still enjoyed the dish overall, especially when paired with the crispy garlic flakes.
