Fruit Tartlet (S$28.80/ 12pcs)
Supplying the best of our fruit tartlet flavours, including Mango, Blueberry, Strawberry and Melon.

The base was kind of too soft to hold it’s shape.

💸 Real Dark Chocolate, Red Velvet, Chocolate Cookies & Cream cheesecake and Yuzu Raspberry cheesecake
...
Reviewing round 2 of cakes we got from Cedele🍰! The cakes we had this time round were all pretty good. The cheesecakes were creamy and not too heavy-tasting🧀. However, we did find the Yuzu Raspberry cheesecake a little sweet and the taste of dark chocolate cookies🍪 could be more prominent for the Chocolate Cookies & Cream cheesecake😬. We loved the Red Velvet and Real Chocolate cake🍫, especially the chocolate cake which was simple but delicious. Also had just the perfect amount of frosting to make it a delectable afternoon snack☕!

Chocolate Matcha ($8.80)
my sister know me so well but she went to buy matcha cake for me even thought I alr ate it b4 (no chance to put on nice plate so good chance for me to post it again also). Dark chocolate (not that thick but too bitter) paired with matcha was so good as usual. matcha really up to the standard in terms of bitter and texure but i really like this cake most of time even I have no long to eat it already.

Hojicha Yuzu Opera Cake ($9) (exclusive cake on father's day) (4/5) I felt that their cake usually up to the standard in terms of the flavours and taste. I felt that the dark chocolate (bitter) and hazelnut (nutty) covered up hojicha (roasted tea) and yuzu (light and sour) flavour and taste. But if you separate the layers for the cake, you should be able to taste it in different flavour individually. for my overall experience, I always like to eat and enjoy dessert but I tried my best not to eat too much stuff as I do it in the past.

Osmanthus Matcha ($8.00) was quite weird or interesting combination for cake :D I like osmanthus jelly but it's not suitable for Matcha cheesecake. I felt that the size for cake was quite small but it's not worth it for pricing. Osmanthus Jelly got that refreshing and tangy sweet for topping of the cake. Matcha was quite bitter and thick taste for middle of the cake. Chocolate crumbs (oreo) was quite crunchy and sweet taste for bottom of the cake. Managed to get the cake after CNY period lol.

Was expecting more finesse in the grilled chicken or more variation in taste and textures .

For a health food joint like cedele - the chicken was way too greasy , more like Pan fried than grilled If you know what I mean .

The quinoa was lacking that fresh appeal without much condiments are fresh tasting vegetables to lift up the whole greasiness from that chicken which has now tricked down to the quinoa .

And the rocket greens were far and few and look wilted.

For the price point and cedele’s philosophy of eating well - the execution and menu needs much improvement .
