This is the 2nd item on the menu, cant recall the name but it is the pork belly with signature sauce. Staff/owners were friendly!

Lemongrass Belly is a must try if this your first time. The Chaota Belly Good is great as well.
The Lemon Lime Tea is done exactly the way I would like it - refreshing and thirst quenching!
Will be back for more.

Pork was tender and juicy, lemongrass taste was a bit faint though, but went super well with the watermelon salad, which was juicy and delicious, the sweetness of the watermelon and sourness of the pineapple goes well with the balsamic vinegar-y sauce!!

Now this place really do live up to its name. The Chaota Belly Good ($18 1 for 1 with #burpplebeyond) is beautifully charred, with the outside forming a satisfying crust while keeping the inside incredibly tender and succulent. You can smell the smoke within the meat itself. To me, this meat doesn't need the pairing sauce and its one of the best I've tried.

The Asari Clams Aglio Olio ($18 1 for 1 with #burpplebeyond) has the beautiful reduced clam stock as its sauce and it coated around each strand perfectly. Not too heavy tasting, this dish can be a good pairing to the Belly Good!

Place was really packed and crowded during dinner time. Please be prepared to wait at least 30 mins for your food. Ordered the clams pasta, was really good and flavorful. The chili beef fries was good also, fries are not very soggy. The salsa chicken that we ordered (not in photo) was a little over cooked and burnt but however overall still good taste.

This is my first experience at ChaoTa, and I must say the food here has surpassed any high expectations I have of food. I had the aglio olio, with clams that have a strong taste of wok hei, and the noodles are moist and tastes reminiscent of hokkien mee, but pasta style. The best aglio olio I’ve had so far and I have very high expectations for this particular dish!! The chilli beef cheese fries was simply a bowl full of flavour with stringy cheese and such robust minced beef. The chicken was the lesser predecessor, though it was quite a big portion and wasn’t tough. It came with arugula and salsa which kept the meal refreshing. Overall, would definitely come back again to try other dishes! Our meal here left us satisfied with huge smiles on our faces. Yum!!!
