Nowadays, you do see young lads rotating with uncle cooking the noodles. I guessed age catching up and it's too long hours/ tedious for the old couple. The ratio of sauces for tossing the noodles mixed by the new helpers still not up to mark yet, so catch the uncle doing it if you're lucky 🍀 ❣️❣️❣️

The noodles were springy and tossed in a savoury-sweet sauce which provide a burst of flavour!

Because most stalls here already closing up after lunch.

The eggs were crispy at the edges. Petite oysters. Quite flavorful but just a tad oily. Best eaten with the chinese coriander to cut down the monotony.
