Châteraisé (Kampung Admiralty)

For some time, this was the only thing I had tried from chateraise and it was also something that my mom bought several times. The outer choux is admittedly not comparable to a fresh cream puff as it’s not crisp, it’s a rather soggy puff as you would imagine a packaged one to be. But if you look past that, the custard + fresh cream is cold and smooth, and pretty tasty as it’s not too sweet / eggy / gelat. I don’t usually like cream things, but this is something that I enjoy and would repurchase!
