Spongecake was very soft and fluffy. The fresh cream was light as well as the right amount of sweet, making this slice of cake very pleasant. Strawberries were decent too.

I got this as a takeaway for a birthday and they were kind enough to provide me with a candle for no extra charge!

Not too sweet, love the many layers filled with cream in between each layer.

With the recent hype over Mcdonald’s matcha softserve and people commenting that you can’t expect much for something so cheap, I would just like to urge all of y’all to give chateraise’s Kyoto Uji Matcha soft ice cream a try. It’s only $2.50, pretty wallet friendly, especially considering that i was walking around town and saw that the matcha softserve was selling for an inflated price of $1.70.

I think i can safely say that this is one of, if not the best matcha ice cream that you can get for $2.50. The ice cream is smooth and creamy and carries a bittersweet, earthy flavour worthy to be called matcha, and not like that of heaven & earth’s green tea drink . Even the cone is good, having a distinct black sesame fragrance.

The bird’s face is decorated with chocolate cereal and chocolate.
-Cute Bunny (S$5.10): The Cute Bunny is a velvety strawberry mousse cake containing a layer of white chocolate cereal flakes and a sweet-and-sour strawberry sauce core. It is a dessert decorated to look like a bunny consisting of chocolate with caramel-flavoured cereal and strawberry-flavoured fresh cream.
-Cute Panda (S$5.10): This is an irresistible white chocolate mousse cake with flowy chocolate sauce in the centre. A layer of chocolate cereal on top of the signature soft sponge adds a nice crunch.
