Chateraise's the place to go if we're craving for some affordable and quality Japanese desserts😋. Today, we tried their seasonal Shine Muscat Souffle Cheesecake🧀 which is only available till 30th September! We feel that as compared to other Japanese bakeries we've tried, their cheesecake is slightly sweeter and denser instead of being the soft and fluffy kind that we would've preferred🍰. The Shine Muscat were a nice addition as they were huge, sweet and juicy🍇. Overall, pretty good cake but we've had better. Will be looking forward to their other seasonal specials in the future.☺️
The new collection at Chateraise, Nama Chocolate & Truffle Bar $25 is beyond our expectation. It's sponge cake is moist and soft and the different layering (nama chocolate, chocolate sauce, chocolate cream, white chocolate with cereal, white chocolate cream and cocoa sponge) adds texture to the cake. Indeed a children's favourite even to the picky ones.
