Was really hungry in the morning and I chanced upon this humble little shop in Chatuchak. Honestly, I don't really know what's the name of this shop, but their Nam Tok (50 Baht) is really worth a mention. The soup is made from a thick pork broth filled with umami, and some herbal ingredients which made it aromatic as well. Noodles were well springy and the pork slices were tender and flavourful. Best part is really the pork liver, which is really not overdone and have no foul odour. Really a wonderful hearty breakfast that I will definitely crave once I'm back home.
