Back in Singapore, 星洲米粉 is a favorite dish of mine that my family shares. Down here it adopted the Hong Kong style of cooking by adding curry powder to it. Admittedly, it is pretty delicious, slightly stronger taste than those back at home. The chef has been cooking at the same spot for over 15 years! Great to catch up with some experienced seniors here in USA.
