Nothing great about this at all - pls skip this!

Do eat this while it’s hot! But overall, felt that this lacked a bit of flavour.

$29.80 (big portion)
What you see in the picture is just the broth - the fish slices were served at the side. Fish slices were huge and juicy👌🏻

This was $68 before GST and the use of entertainer. Sashimi was fresh, really enjoyed this.

Vine pepper fish hotpot

The fish was extremely fresh and tender, soup was savoury and very adjusted, lacking much numbness. Still a very enjoyable dish

Looks legit but lacks spice, meatiness and numbness. Just very salty, still passable overall

So they had an overhaul of the menu, they don't have a lot of dishes anymore:
Bamboo shoot braised pork(replaced with chestnut braised pork)
Minced duck wraps
热拌江湖(think of it as a mini mala hotpot)

Those are just the ones that were probably good. So according to the reviews I poured through on Chinese sites(let's be honest, for a chinese restaurant, Chinese reviews are much more reliable), this place is rlly hit and miss so PLS do your research before you come. It's decent if you order the right items, and it's tuned to Singaporean tastes(less spicy, less numbing, less shiok overall). I'm basic so I felt that it's not bad because I didn't have to keep gulping water, but the weaker >< members of our group still had to so come in with the right expectations I guess.
