Fancy work lunch.

Fancy work lunch. I've never seen this novelty even at Teochew restaurants. Other than braise, they also fry the meat. Taste-wise very ordinary lah. Tbh I couldn't tell the difference between goose and duck.

What a night! Free corkage, excellent food and excellent company.

We had fried oyster which was simply the best rendition I have ever eaten. Light and fluffy without the oiliness.

Another must order is their yam paste. Awesome beef balls which the 80+ year old Chef just makes 30 balls a day from 1kg of beef, hand beaten to form a paste.

The owner even came with his 100 year old menu to show off his proud heritage.

With over 2000 items on his menu (many dishes are not in the menu, you must make a special request) I can come here everyday and order something different without ever eating the same dish twice.

We ended off our dinner with a Yam and Sweet Potato dessert which the owner is very proud of. I’m a fan of neither of those but somehow this dessert made me crave for more!
