'Good colour,' 'rich chocolate flavour,' and 'very yummylicous' summed up my thoughts of this chocolate ice cream cake. The ice cream which is sandwiched between two layers of chocolate sponge cake is creamy and has that classic chocolate flavour. The cake's layers are fluffy and have a good rise in height. Ice cream to cake ratio is also well balanced. The consistency of the frosting is quite good and the thin, topped off with some chocolate decorative pieces and chocolate shavings, this dessert will keep your severe chocolate carvings at bay.

I think it is much more palatable and it's pastel colors are much more inviting than the typical bright rainbow cake made with synthetic dyes. Hint of fruit extracts could also be tasted at each layer. A cake designed for the healthy who still love desserts
