I don't think people would walk-in to this restaurant, part of the Amba (意舍) boutique hotel at Ximending (武昌誠品 Eslite mall) - 吃吧 Chiba at the Level 5 lobby caters mostly to the hotel guests, meals available throughout the day - although they are most popular for the breakfast buffet @ NT$420 per pax (ie. S$18), not exactly cheap cheap. Modern and stylish dark-teak furnishings, nice place for pictures. There's also a 聽吧 Tingba lounge on the same floor, and 甜吧 Tianba coffee place on the ground floor.
