The rice is incredibly fragrant and the chicken is oh so tender 🤪 My family’s favourite chicken rice place! Had to call in advance to order and collect for them to de-bone the chicken (overheard the cashier telling a customer that they don’t usually de-bone it so...) Try the seafood toufu, the ngoh hiang and the beansprouts too!!

This is my favorite chicken rice!!! They use kampong chicken which is tender and healthier 🌟 For spicy lover out there, their chili definitely won’t let you down! Highly recommend this chicken rice place!! 🌟🌟🌟

Thou it's been quite awhile since Chicken House was established, we've only came to know about them recently!

Situated below the shophouses along Upper Thomson, Chicken House is well known for their Kampong Chicken! Chicken are much more leaner than the usual ones with lesser fats which was kinda true after trying it! Taste wise, Chicken was really good, rice was fragrant enough which makes both "Chicken" and "Rice" a good one here!

Frankly, we still enjoyed it all. The tender chicken, non-oily fragrant rice and that punchy spicy chilli.
Unfortunately, our meal tonight was marred by the lousy service from one of their staff who just refused to listen to our request for choice of part, although another staff explained later it could have been accommodated. Was a shame for good food to be let down by poor service.

The moist rice that accompanied the Kampong chicken was aromatic and not too oily. There are also other dishes such as the chicken’s internal organs, vegetables and Thai-style chicken feet available on their menu.
