Lunch at raffles on a weekend. Pretty gd noodle texture n when mixed w the chilli gives a gd kick! $8.50 for pan mee isnt exactly cheap though.

The minced pork was of superb quality. It's intensely marinated and has a good balance of sweet and salty. It also had a good bite. Noodles were on the softer side which I didn't mind. Egg was perfect

Their chili packed quite a lot of heat and it's really lipsmacking. It's hard to describe what makes it so good but ofc there's umami and spice but neither seem to be the key.

Soup is nice and light, they also have the tough veggie that's very characteristic of such a chili pan mee place. The leaves aren't good on its own but it adds a nice aroma to the broth

Overall very addictive and portion is slightly small so you will finish quickly and allow the people queueing to come in lol(surprisingly the queue is actl ok at 1230pm, just 5 ppl in front of us)

Went to eat Chilli Pan Mee at China St near Telok Ayer for lunch recently😇 Ordered the original chilli banmian ($8.50) and it has been my favourite dried banmian ever since😍 The shallots, minced meat were flavourful and ikan billis was so crispy! Free soup on the side to cleanse ur palate as well so really no complaints! Overall ratings definitely a 10/10 for me🥰 Visited twice so far in one month and more visits to come!

With 10 Restoran in Malaysia, do you know that Restoran Super Kitchen Chili Pan Mee has an outlet in Singapore? First time here? You should order their Signature Dry Pan Mee (flat flour noodles) served with minced pork, anchovies, fried onions topped with poached egg. The chilli is the key ingredient, so shiok.

Location: Chilli Pan Mee (Batu Road), 22 China Street, #01-01, Far East Square, Singapore 049564

Right: dry chilli pan mee @ $7.80
Top left: daipu dry noodles @ $7.80
Bottom left: thai style beancurd @ $4.80
Prices are nett

The food was okay, the noodles are done al dente and we liked it this way. But it's quite dry and I had to put some of the soup (which comes free) into the bowl to make it more appetising.

Of course the real star is the chilli which we had quite a bit of it. Elevated the taste to a whole new level.

Otherwise the food is quite normal. Can go to the food centres for similar food for lower price.

If you’re in the area of CBD, you must not missed this store’s house specialty noodle (free flow chilli on a side) I mean if you’re fan of all things noodles, this place’s definitely worth trying for (many variation of noodle) and look at that generous amount of toppings from pork lard, shallots, ikan bilis & mix them up tgt!! 🤩

what’s not to love is that every bowl of noodles are affordably ranged at $7.80!!!!
