The texture of the Liver was skillfully cooked to perfection whereby the boiling timing must be accurate so that the liver will not be overcooked. The texture is just of the right chewiness and was not hardened.

The intestines and noodles tasted as good as enjoying a bowl of noodles right in the coffee shop.

I still enjoy this style of noodles tossed in black sauce coupled with fried crispy onions and some leafy greens.

Read upon an article about this place recently about their Malaysia style prawn noodle, with its black sauce prawn noodle.

Was surprised with its long queue when I arrived on weekdays around 11am, which not even reaching noon peak hour yet.

Their dry version of prawn noodle soaked in a dark soy sauce, which the taste was a bit too sweet for me. Making me constantly drinking water. There’s also ingredients such as sliced & peeled prawns, sliced porks and fishcakes.

With the price of $4, I must say the portion was very small that I didn’t feel full at all after finish it.

Not the prawn mee I was expecting. This was drenched in dark sauce and the soup was more herbal than prawny.

Prawn noodle $4 and noodle with pig tail + pig liver $6, both tasted bitter. Shop owner pls go easy with the dark soy sauce !

The dry prawn bee hoon, drenched in dark sauce and coupled with the delicious bowl of pork liver soup, is the best start to a long Wednesday. •

First time here at Chin Choon Prawn Noodle (826 Upper Bt Timah Road) trying out their prawn noodle in "black sauce" version. Waited around 30 minutes before we get to eat this
.
The black sauce seems like goes well with the thick yellow noodles making it taste like fried black noodle. Although this does not taste like our usual prawn noodles with that shiok chilli but indeed it's something new and old school taste
.
We order a dry and a soup version with pig intestine (粉肠) with additional $2 top up. #cuisineparadiseeatout #burpple #sgfood #foodblogger #prawnnoodle
