T&K seafood aka the green shirts is known to be more popular than R&L seafood aka red shirts just across them. The Tom yam goong is fantastic with generous servings of squid, mushroom and fish slices (150 baht). The steamed snapper in spicy garlic and lime soup is really tender and juicy (300 baht). River prawns were fresh and succulent (200 baht). One of my favorite seafood- cockles were done well too! They were not too raw or bloody (60 baht). We also ordered the morning glory (50 baht) and crabmeat fried rice (100 baht) that did not disappoint. Would definitely return again because of the cheap price for the good quality of food. Remember to get there by 6pm for air conditioned seats! 😁👌🏼 do note they are only open for dinner from 5pm to late! & save some stomach space for the amazing street food just around T&K!!

One of the must visits when you go to Bangkok. This is a very popular seafood joint located along the main road of Chinatown. Just quote T&K Seafood to the taxi uncle and they will know. Workers at this shop can also be spotted wearing green shirts. Their main rival is located just opposite in pink shirts. This place is popular for it's cheap seafood dishes. We went there twice when we visit Bangkok during our 5 days so you can figure how much we loved it. If you don't know what to order, try their grilled prawns, squid with yellow curry (it's like eating twisties all over again), crispy fish as well as their crab with vermicelli. All these dishes are good and cheap. Of course you may not get the level of freshness you desire but hey, the price makes up for it.

I know Thailand is not famous for seafood but this eatery at Chinatown is renowned for cheap and good seafood. T&K Seafood at Yaowarat, BKK, is one of the best places for Thai-style Tze char dishes in the city! Some of the popular dish include fried/grilled fish, prawn, egg omelette and Tom Yum Goong! They can be easily identified with the man in green (their work tee is green). The menu is easy to navigate with pictures and written in English. So tourist out there, fret not, you are well taken care of.

Gelato with fruits by the street! The pomegranates are super sweet 😛

Black sesame glutinous rice balls in ginger soup. SO DAMN GOOD. Super fragrant black sesame paste filled in the thin and slightly chewy glutinous rice ball, and the ginger soup was soothing and warm! My big fat stomach was so satisfied after this bowl of goodness, so good that we ordered a second bowl and promised that we will be back for more (hopefully before we leave)!

(#Latergram) BBQ Pork Ribs in a hot stove by the road side of Yaowarat (Chinatown) I actually walked pass it but went back because I knew I would regret it of I didn't get some to try!
