First time trying Chirashi King Kong's truffle rice and it's really pretty good! Their Chirashi Don ($14.90) may seem to be a small bowl, but it's full of ingredients! From salmon, to tuna, to swordfish, the sashimi pieces were pretty fresh. I wouldn't say that the quality of sashimi pieces were top notch, but they definitely fulfil my cravings! The truffle rice had a good bite and was very flavourful as well. Love the ikura as well, as they were bursting full of seafood savouriness. Overall, quite an enjoyable bowl 🥰

Not an expert, the fish seemed alright to be, but the inside was too cold. Not properly defrosted I think

Beef was passable, it's abit tough. It's not yakiniku, it's overcooked shabu beef w yakiniku sauce.

Usually comes w their signature truffle rice but I don't like truffle so I changed to sushi rice instead, that's a small mistake already

The egg goes very well w the yakiniku sauce tho, but one big problem is that the egg was stone cold. Very unpleasant

Once again, Chirashi King Kong at Neuros surprised me with their vegetarian menu available only on the 1st and 15th Lunar day of the month.

The vegetarian salmon & tuna sashimi texture tasted identically as the actual sashimi. Love their creativity! Thumbs up for Chirashi King Kong!

Quality is there with the unagi, truffle and rice.
Only downside is the slightly small portions for $12.90

Can't remember how many times we visited this shop for the crave of Chirashi Don. Famous for their truffle infused rice & quality served sashimi at affordable price tag.
For a change, I decided to try their scallop spaghetti which usually sold out fast. With minimal of spaghetti left, the owner suggested to do a fusion of spaghetti + signature truffle rice.

Waa surprised on how beautifully it was served. They used the angel hair pasta rather than the usual spaghetti. Infused with truffle oil and serve cold. Enjoyed the pasta + rice combination. Scallops are nicely torched with sweet mayonnaise sauce on the top. Very creative & tasty. Thumbs up! 👍
