They have a menu of fried chicken sandwiches. This was thigh meat, slaw, pickles and a secret pink sauce. Kudos because despite the uncommon combo, it's very shiok. And despite just $9, it's not really a slider than a messy burger.

Their Nashville chicken was shiok like mad. Mine's dry rub and it's dry, but it couldn't hide the great batter and juicy meat. But I think I'll try hot sauce next time. On the other hand, don't waste money on the waffle. It's soft and cheapo, damn pointless.

Crispy hot Nashville chicken bites + tater tots are the perfect snack combo to have!

If you've been to Chix, you'd know they're famous for their Nashville fried chicken, which comes with a variety of spice levels!

Similarly, their dirty taters allows you to choose your heat intensity, which allows you to decide how crazy you'd want to go.

For those who can't take spice, just go for mild, as the nacho cheese that tops the tater tots helps kill the spice a lil. If you're a spice lover, head for the hot or insane to dance with your tastebuds!

To help cool off, have a go at their Malt Milkshake or ChocoShake, you'd thank me for that.

on first glance, the place seemed small and a little dodgy but after giving it a shot, this sandwich really won my heart. its coated with a nice amount of butter and generous amount of cheese on the inside, all for $6!!! worth the money!

My go to fried chicken whenever we’re in town! Really love the spices of the chicken and their cheese fries! But their Hot is really hot so don’t be fooled by the colour of their chicken.

Singapore's first Singapore Idol winner Taufik Batisah is now the boss of Chix Hot Chicken, which specialises in Nashville-style fried chicken. We're talking about ultra-crispy and spicy fried chicken (from $9.90) doused in a flavourful sauce that usually involves a lot of cayenne, butter, and oil. There are four different spice levels here: Mild, Medium, Hot, and Insane - let's just say that unless you can really take your spice, you'll want to avoid the last one.
