Takeaway concept in the orchard. An alternative for the hot scorching weather in Singapore. Considered as more adorable choice as compared to other shop . ADVANTAGE: No sharing is required because the serving size can be consumed by one easily .

Thankfully these #bingsu are there to save me from today's heat! Both melon and mango flavours (both $9.50) are nice & refreshing. Smokey effect really last very short, not sure becos of the hot weather tho.. rmb to mix the top part with bottom ice and biscuits powder layer to enjoy the whole cup evenly! #sgfood #burpple

At Chot Nun, there is no need to gather a troop to satisfy your bingsu craving. This Korean dessert store at Far East Plaza serves the soft-as-snow icy dessert in a takeaway cup — great if you want to continue your window shopping in town! Every cup also comes with a dry ice holder, so it allows the Bingsu to last longer in this heat. Choose from 12 different flavours, including the familiar Injeolmi Bingsu ($7.50) served with soy powder and chewy mochi, or the unexpectedly good Breakfast Bingsu ($7.50) — milky ice topped with honey corn flakes for that extra crunch.

Really tasted like breakfast in a cup as the ice had a pretty strong milky taste and there were honey gold flakes in every bite. Seeing the sublimed dry ice flowing out of the cup made it more novel in addition to making the bingsu last longer under the hot sun.

You can now enjoy your bingsu on the go from this 2 week old @chotnunsg at Far East Plaza. It look very pretty, using dry ice in their takeaway cup and to prevent the bingsu from melting fast. Their fine shaved snow is pretty smooth with a distinctive milk taste, and the addition of cereals provide a crunchy texture to this Breakfast Cup Bingsu. They also do offer some other interesting flavors such as Cookie & Cream bingsu, Peanut Butter bingsu, Durian bingsu and many more.

A strawberry bingsu. The ice was fine like snow. Buried in the cold were whole red beans. Ice cream was not overly sweet but could be smoother and creamier. Sweet sour and icy cold...just right for a glaring hot day.
