This hidden cafe near Serangoon Gardens had recently gained some popularity, especially for its Sandwiches and their interior - quite a chill place to be at, with friendly staff too.

Candied Pecan Pesto Brie ($5.50)
This item is relatively new on their menu, and it is closer to a savoury one, with the brie (cheese) embedded within the pastry, and made with pesto. Being a huge fan of pecan, I'd love for slightly larger pecan bits for more pecan flavour to go along with the pastry.

Sweet Potato + Butter + Maple Syrup ($6)
You'd find 2 types of sweet potato (purple and orange) in this sourdough pastry, and the outside is slightly sticky from the maple syrup that's drizzled on top. Do toast it before eating, so you'd get a pastry that's crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. The maple syrup does provide some sweetness, combined with a slight tangy sourdough flavour.

This was a hard bread that was a little spicy probably due to the red onions they added! I also tried their mushroom and truffle Brie sourdough bun and much prefer the latter for its softer dough. Both very satisfying!

Took a walk into the private estates at Serangoon Garden and found this cafe. Food was decent and avocado was pretty generous but a lil pricy! Without aircon and we had to stand to eat, may not be a place to chill but more like a grab and go. Or hang around if you don’t mind the heat 😉

Moist, almost fudgy chocolate cake with lots of chocolate chips. There was a very slight weird aftertaste that I did not like. Did not love it texture and taste wise.

Will not get this again. Prefer their breads to cakes and brownies.

so the chocolate rye zucchini cake ($5) was quite salty tbh and quite strong mixed spiced flavour.
