Found the standards have dropped slightly since my last visit. Both service and food wise. Still makes for a satisfying meal on a rainy cool afternoon. The split peas side was just mushy soy beans. Not something I’d order again.

I love how the soup comes with peppery and tangy hints but remains drinkable. Rice noodle would be a better option for this broth. The king prawns, although weren't that big for the name, came in decent amount. One of the rare occasions where I didn't have to add extra condiments into a bowl of noodle.

Was quite saddened to see the size had shrunk significantly as compared to my first visit. Taste wise- still addictive and clean as I remember. I wont mind having more leeks for additional sweet crunch.

Smart addition of a leek stuffing in these fried pig intestines, to cut the fattiness a little and give that extra crunch! Intestines were well cleaned, just thought it could be a touch crispier.

SOOOOO GOOD. Absolutely loved this appetising broth! It was very flavourful with a great balance of spiciness and sourness, along with hits of that familiar numbing mala feel. We went with their rice noodles and I enjoyed it a lot as the noodles were smooth and had a good bite. They didn’t soften over time too. Will surely be back for more!

The peeled steamed eggplant is topped with a blend of burnt and peeled bell pepper and green chillis, giving it a smoky and spicy finishing.
