Ox Tongue Noodles ($14.50)
.
My absolute favourite noodles @chuanhungnoodle , this bowl has everything on point. Thinly sliced ox tongue and rice noodles sitting in a bowl of vine pepper soup. The soup had a slightly numbing effect on the tongue and is slurpworthy.

They stand out with their beautiful interior made from wood, selling authentic Sichuan noodle.

They have 8 types of items with different ingredients and meat. You can choose either the rice noodle or the normal noodle. For the soup base you can choose for the clear, red or mixed.

The braised beef was really juicy and soft. I could say the portion was actually very big also. Of course if you wasn’t satisfied with the ingredients given, you could add on more items into your bowl. $13.50+

The broth made from combination of chicken bones, Sichuan vine peppers and chilli padi, has the right balance of souriness and spiciness which not only whetted up the appetite but complemented the noodles excellently.

(Im regretting my decision as im typing this, 🔥🔥🔥)

💸 : $14.45
💭👅:😐
Meh. Sorry.
I actually liked the rice noodles the most (i guessed they were successful with this cux i got attracted by the rice noodles)
🐮 - the taste is acceptable but it seems to be lacking something. Served in a cube, i tot a bigger cube might be better.
🍜 - the mixed is the less spicy option but it seems to be lacking some taste. The good thing is, it doesnt have 1cm of chilli oil on the top. The rice noodles were really good with a little QQ bite.

I guess this place is really new. Gotta wait for the soup base to boil a little longer i guess 🤷🏻‍♀️

The specially sourced noodle made from rice, is smooth and silky, almost like mee sua. Perfect to soak up the delicious broth. The red broth which complements the rice noodle excellently which consists of a housemade spice blend that includes Sichuan peppers, pickled chillies, and dried chillies amongst other herbs and spices that are fried until fragrant.

The housemade sauce is made from two different types of sauces that is finely chopped and mixed together. The first is made from frying Dou Ban Jang and fermented black beans while the second is made from Dao Kou Jian and Sichuan peppers fried till fragrant.
