Set menu comes with salad, garlic fried rice, Hokkaido potato salad and 3 dips. Very satisfying slab of meat where you can grill it to the redness of your preference. My only gripe will be the sizzling oil will splatter all over and your hair + clothes will soon be consumed with the smell of what you had.

All of the raw meats are not marinated, so you can expect to taste the natural goodness and flavours of each piece of meat. Sea salt, wine sauce and mustard sauce are served alongside the Australian Tenderloin Steak.

The $15++ Lunch Set is a mouth-watering good deal, for a sizable piece of Australian Sirloin, cooked in your preferred doneness over the sizzling slab.

Hot Stones Steak and Seafood Restaurant at @ClarkeQuaySg involves cooking fresh meats and seafood on serpentine volcanic stone slabs (be careful, it’s really, really hot), which can be in a setting on a Tong Kang boat.
The hot stone method helps to seal in the natural juices of the food, and you can cook to the doneness you prefer.
Turn on the volume to hear the sizzling.

Chose here to have dinner, just cos I miss the one I had in Frankfurt, and this is as close as it gets. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜… Oh, and with truffle fries that are so delish, I may return just for that! πŸ˜‹πŸ’• Have a good dinner, everybody!
