I don't really see such a dish elsewhere (Not that I know of) that actually deals with the egg whites and yolk separately, so it's kind of refreshing to see such a dish.
May I comment that the egg whites were so fluffy as if they were clouds? ☁😂

The @NTUDAC team has just enjoyed a satisfying brunch consisting of:
• Eggs On Cloud ($14.90) - turkey bacon bits, chives & mozzarella cheese fold into lightly whisked egg whites on toasted brioche
• Sous-Vide Beef Cheek ($32.90) - Chef's Signature under *main menu. Full-flavoured & slow-cooked to perfection, served with mashed potatoes, baby carrots & broccoli
• Eggs Benedict with Smoked Salmon & Avocado ($14.90) - poached egg, homemade hash brown, smoked salmon, avocado & hollandaise

Overall, it was a delightful experience. The cafe exudes a homely yet fairytale-like vibe all at the same time - & when tuned with their comfort food it drew us in even further.
From old typewriters to classic wooden furnishings, you can easily expect a cosy ambience muted with whimsical lights, dainty fixtures & vintage interior. Definitely great for both private lunches or large gatherings.

Turkey bits, chives, mozzarella cheese folded into slightly whisked egg whites, served with toasted brioche. This dish makes a delicious brunch. However, I feel that the use of ciabatta instead of brioche will make each mouthful more moist and enjoyable.
Can't wait! Missing the Egg Benedict from @classifiedcafe so much 😭. Hating exams..

Served with mashed potatoes, baby carrots & broccoli, the Sous-vide method preserved all the full flavours from braise seasoning. Result is essentially a shiny & caramelised exterior (that refuses to stay in focus hahaha okay nvm that's my fault 🙊), a meltingly tender collagen-rich protein that's a little pink on the inside with a spectacular texture further enhanced by the gravy.
P.S. Taste intelligence from @Cake.Cass because I'm allergic. But anyway guys, today is so blazing hot I can't even. It's like the end of the world now sigh.
