My favourite go to place for claypot chicken rice. I always love my claypot chicken rice to be cook in a claypot over charcoal fire, however a lot of places had moved on with the convenient of gas or even just putting the cooked rice to claypot.
At this little stall, the owner still stand infront of the rows of claypot and taking care of every pot of rice that cook over the charcoal fire. You'll need to patiently wait for your rice to cook.
The tender and juicy chicken piece, Chinese lapcheong, salted fish, soy sauce that mixed together with the perfectly cooked rice it's so simple yet delicious. Do allow a few minutes for the moisture to evaporate if you prefer a drier version of rice.
