The concept of COCA Restaurant marries authentic Thai cuisine with traditional elements of Cantonese home-style cooking, creating distinctive flavours. The restaurant offers scrumptious house specialities such as fish glue, shrimp paste and handmade dumplings, along with fresh seasonal vegetables and meat offerings. Look out for the homemade COCA dipping sauce that is slightly sweet and infused with aromatic herbs which go really well with most items on the menu.

The all-you-can-eat premium seafood hotpot includes a glass of wine & free-flow selected beverages, complimentary additional soup option & selected premium broth, complimentary appetiser of the day, one-time order customisable MXG, unlimited seasonal lobster & seafood options and last but not least, free-flow selected dessert.

The Signature Hua Diao Phoenix Soup comes with a bottle of Hua Diao Wine, a bowl of chicken meat already soaked with wine and some ingredients like red dates, Goji Berries and Ginger. The server will light up the fire on the bowl of chicken meat and then slowly include the meat and ingredients to the soup base.

The Ala Carte Buffet Items can be ordered via the tablet. We can order unlimited times for items that are stated as "Buffet Item" in the Tablet, other than that, the items are chargeable at the indicated pricing.

Finally, I can strike off COCA from my list. Comparing the hot pot restaurants available in Singapore, there are better ones out there.

I tried the new 𝐇𝐮𝐚 𝐃𝐢𝐚𝐨 𝐏𝐡𝐨𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐱 𝐏𝐨𝐭. This broth is concocted with Hua Diao (a Chinese rice wine) and other condiments to enhance the aroma and taste of the broth. It’s a really comforting and flavourful broth to slurp on! Be prepared for a spectacular show as the waiter lights up the bowl of tender chicken with fire, creating a blazing “Phoenix”, before adding them into the broth. Swipe to watch the blazing show!

I paired the chicken broth with 𝐓𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐨𝐦 𝐘𝐮𝐦 broth. They have managed the flavours of the broth really well, with a suitable level of sourness and spiciness, igniting your taste buds while you slurp on it.

@cocasingapore Suntec City outlet houses a contemporary-clean and elegant décor. Do visit them in the afternoon if you fancy a splendid view of the Suntec Fountain of Wealth while enjoying the pipping hot meal.
