Transformed from local hawker fare is Singapore’s first-ever double-spicy Nasi Lemak ice cream in a crispy pandan wffle bowl, with crunchy roasted peanut and spicy sambal ikan bilis, topped with rice puffs and fresh cucumber slices to give a delicious sweet and savoury taste in every bite of this unique local creation.

The two new flavours will be available for a limited period only, starting from 26 July to 31 August 2019. Customers enjoy 15% discount when they pay by MasterCard.

To celebrate the opening, new limited edition Signature Creation in Love It size (priced at $8.50) will be introduced every Saturday between 7 April to 20 April 2018. Mastercard® cardholders will get to enjoy at 1-for-1 deal.

* 7 April to 13 April 2018 : Nacho Cheese – a mind-blowing ice cream flavour first seen in Singapore, cheese ice cream mixed and served with nacho chips.
* 14 April to 20 April 2018 : Chendolicious, a recreation of Singaporean’s favourite dessert – Chendol, a mix of coconut ice cream, green jellies, red beans and drizzled with Gula Melaka.

First bite was a bit of confusion cause there was an immediate association with Nasi Lemak yet it’s real cold🤔 Basically it’s the idea of knowing something yet not being sure about it? Anyway, the ice cream does taste like the authentic Nasi Lemak without coconut fragrance due to the spicy sambal ikan bilis that overpowered it. This might sound a little weird but I would actually recommend eating it together with the cucumber slices to have a less fishy and spicy experience. ・
Pulut Hitam is also made with coconut ice cream mixed with black glutinous rice. This is certainly a safer choice to go for and it isn’t very sweet. However it lacks in coconut fragrance and I highly think that the coconut ice cream itself isn’t strong enough.

@coldstonecreamerysg is having 1-for-1 promotion for these 2 flavours till 31 August. Addition of a pandan or plain waffle cup cost S$1.20.
