My favourite dessert.
It consists of a rich soft custard base with a layer of hardened caramelized sugar. It is always fun to crack through the sugar and reveal the light soft custard.
.
Featuring the creme brulee from @collinsgrille.sg The caramelized sugar is a bit thin. So can't really crack much. But I guess it is good that it is not overly sweet.

The COLLIN'S Mixed Combo ($33) consists of 1/2 roasted chicken, 1/2 roasted BBQ ribs, tempura squid, pork bratwurst, onion rings, skinny cajun fries, corn cob, coleslaw, mesclun salad, chicken gravy. It's not too hefty a portion, and could very well be polished off by two carnivorous people.

With the exception of the limp fries and unsurprisingly measly salad, every item was generally enjoyable. Give this a go if you're dining in a group; that one poor fella who has to order for the entire party (since everyone else is so engrossed in conversation and all) would find him/herself in less of a dilemma.

The fillet is nice ! I love the fillet. Pasta, Corn And Salad are good and fresh. Their service here is good. Always very crowded. Can't have get enough of their food here 😄
Will come back here again if I'm around the area

10pm at night and we've yet to have dinner. Popped by this restaurant that's amazingly opened through the night, and tucked into delicious, affordable, comforting western food.

The freshly roasted chicken (the order took only 15mins to arrive, but it sure tasted freshly roasted) provided a broad range of textures; from the tender thighs to the solid body. The bed of thick fries, tangy salad, and buttery corn came together and made this an extremely satisfying meal. Cheers to suppers!

Homemade thin crust pizza, think I expected too much, hence was letdown by the mediocrity of the crust. The cheese though, was fantastic! The Biagio pizza consists of bacon, mushroom and blue cheese. $17.80++.

Quite affordable for $16.90++, but don't expect too much. Asked for medium rare but it came out too bloody in the middle so I sent it back to be grilled a little longer. The black pepper sauce is very good and helps to make the subpar steak better.
