Missed this from Atlas! The eggs could be creamier, although it’s still a worthy add on at $3 for such a thick portion, and maybe more sauce on the plate would have made the dish more wholesome. Strange that it was prepared so quickly, but it’s still good. Just not as good as how it used to be.

My favourite dish from atlas coffeehouse’s old menu is in columbus’s menu! The combination of the mushroom, cheese, eggs and bread is delish and honestly a good brunch item that I enjoy :) would have preferred the sourdough to be less dense (think I’ve been spoilt by the great sourdough I’ve had from woodlands sourdough/firebake/starterlab)

Leaning more towards an overall caramelised sweetness, the taste of earl grey was faint. Loved the vanilla bean ice-cream atop best. I did wish — for the waffles to lean more towards the fluffier side, rather than what felt like to me was overly-crisp/toasty.

Perhaps that’s why I preferred the one at the back (surprisingly) which I thot may be overly-sweet (also $14+); Drizzled generously w salted caramel which resided in the lil waffle grids, however, it ended up tasting even lovelier w the charred bits/ crispness and toastiness!

Acai bowl with a cup of latte. Best way to start my weekend morning.

Nice cafe for coffee. Had the creamy mushroom with sour dough. Nice sourdough. Mushrooms are far too creamy for my liking...

Creamy yet strong shot of caffeine for those kickback days. ($5.50)
