I'm not a fan of runny egg whites so the poached egg was a bit disappointing for me, but that's simply a personal taste! The rest of the dish wasn't disappointing at all and the tobiko hollandaise was different and tasty. The salmon don was the perfect size for a healthily filling lunch that didn't leave one feeling too heavy!

The scrambled eggs really elevate the dish so I highly recommend adding it!! The eggs are soo silky
Sourdough was toasted nicely, crispy with every bite. It paired well with the mushroom and scrambled eggs.
It was alright, didn’t really like the combination, it was abit watery 🙂 The cafe had a cosy ambiance
The Columbus Coffee Co has such a big space located in Upper Thomson, with a really nice ambiance.

Smoked Salmon Benny (SD $19) - the hollandaise has overpowered the salmon and other flavors, which it become quite surfeited.

The Coffee has a little burned taste, but still acceptable. While the truffle fries taste pretty good (but not comparing to PS cafe).
