This dish was a hit but I can’t say the same for the other dishes. We had stuffed milkfish which was kind of weird- stuffing made of fish meat and raisins. Family said it reminded them of sardines. It’s an acquired taste, I guess. We also had a daily special paella made with chicken.. that tasted bad, like yellow glutinous rice which didn’t taste like anything. I would come back to try other dishes though.

I loved the peanut sauce in their beef kare kare $14.80+ and my DD found the leche flan (egg milk pudding) $4.50+ flavorful.
Will be back to try their lechon de caraway and pork sisig.

We used the Burpple 1-4-1 offer for this and it was more than worth it!
Ordered the pork sisig and Spanish chicken stew. Both were really an explosion of flavour but you need to get them with rice which is a separate order. Otherwise on its own, it can get a tad too salty. Wished that the chicken stew had more chicken than chorizo though.
There’s a live band performance too and the whole setting is just a really friendly, warm family environment which is really nice. Would go back to try more of their dishes.

Decided to bring my parents out to try something more exotic. Saw this place on the list of deals and review were good.

Ordered what was recommended by fellow Burpplers: Beef Calderata as well as other dishes such as the milkfish, Lechon (xiobak) and stewed vegetables.

The Beef Calderata was AMAZING. Soft and tender beef chunks infused with the tanginess of the tomato broth. WOW. Melts in your mouth.

The milkfish was interesting. Not a style I'm accustomed to (fish and mayo?) but I was pleasantly surprised.

LeChon was nothing spectacular.

And the stewed veggies were just corn carrot and peas - yep, the frozen kind.

We used 2 vouchers for this place and saved a total of about $26. :)

Overall, it was a great experience. Outside seating is available when you want to be able to hear yourself talk over the band.

Guessing it's more of a bar place than a eatery due to the high table and chairs.

Would recommend this place as well as return again. 👍🏼 And GET THE BEEF CALDERATA.

I'm back to Comida Fiesta again and the food here taste really homely as usual. I had the Beef Caldereta which had such tender beef slices and a flavourful stew sauce that goes really well with rice. Rice is definitely a must order with this beef stew, as the flavours are really heavy! Other must orders include the Spanish chicken and sizzling pork sisig!

I would like to shout out to the service crew at Comida Fiesta, as their service was wonderful and they accommodated with most of our requests! It's really a hidden gem in the east!

Here's your chance to give Filipino cuisine a whirl. At this vibrant spot in Expo, portions are generous and food is fantastic. The smoky and savoury Sizzling Pork Sissig is a must-order.
