COMNAM serves up a wide variety of popular street food that peppers the street of northern, southern and central Vietnam. Staying true to its roots, the dishes at COMNAM are inspired by traditional recipes which have been influenced by both French and Vietnamese gastronomy. Founded by Managing Director and Owner, Chef Nam, COMNAM also happens to be the little brother of the quick-service Vietnamese restaurant NamNam Noodle Bar, which took Singapore by storm since its debut in 2012.

🇻🇳SAVE THIS MUST TRY🇻🇳after so long, I finally knew there is another restaurant hidden within @namnamnoodlebar at @rafflescitysg called @comnamvietstreeteats serving Vietnamese street eats and both of them are under the famed @lesamisgroupsg 🤯✨best part is you can order from both comnam and namnam❤️ connam serves more sides option and have rice dishes🍚✨I tried their HUGEEEEE #banhxeo “sizzling pancake” which is a Saigon speciality - crispy thin rice pancake filled with sautéed lemongrass chicken and fresh vegetable🐓🌿not oily, not overly filling, refreshing and savory!😋 got my banhmi fix from namnam as well, toasted baguette is always have a good crunch!🥖 my new flavor, affordable and yummy go-to place for friends gathering in the cbd🥰❤️ can’t travel to Vietnam? You can still enjoy almost all the Vietnam noms here to curb your feels😉✨

Pork Two Way Vermicelli
With Mekong Prawn Roll - $10.90
·
Tasty pork chunks, flavourful, got a nice BBQ taste. Mekong prawn roll was crisp. In the sauce lies 2 fish cakes that’s tender. Pour all the sauce into the vermicelli for the most kick, or half portion for a lighter meal. Affordable and tasty lunch option

Banh Xeo ($12.90)
.
Never was a fan for vietnamese food but this banh xeo @comnamvietstreeteats caught my eye easily with its ultra crispy pancake filled with pork belly slices, shrimps and vegetables. The pork belly was really tasty but the skin portion was slightly chewy. The accompanying nupc cham dip reminded me a little of thai sweet chilli and went as a good complement to the pancake. Do note though that this is made upon order thus ours took 30mins to be ready.

Iced Vietnamese Coffee $4.50

Crispy fried squid, with sriracha mayonnaise $6.90

Caramelised pork, egg, cucumber, scallion with Bun $7.90

Lemongrass-chilli chicken, with Viet fragrant rice $9.90

Prices are quite affordable for a restaurant. Rice is really fragrant “as the name” LOL
The pork buns were good for bites if you are not that hungry. While the fried squid is the real deal with not too much coated flour and you can chew on the real squid rings.
