Confetti is only 2 wks old. A mix of a florist and a cafe which offers takeaway such as choux puff, cheesecakes, cookies, coffee etc which are all made inhouse. But these are surprisingly light, melts in your mouth and so not sweet. It has a very nice orangy zingy aftertaste and sprinkled with dessicated coconut. It is a very traditional pairing of matcha and black sesame that came beautifully together, with a hint of orange citrus that heighten the flavours in the mouth. Personally I love matcha and black sesame, so marrying them together with a twist of citrus taste is definitely a pleasure for me to enjoy!
They sell classic cakes as well as cakes with Asian flavors such as Sticky Date Gula Melaka (Warm sticky date cake covered with gula Melaka), Matcha Goma Keki (Matcha and black sesame with a twist of citrus) and Hello Halia (Ginger cake coated with 58% chocolate ganache) which are my favorite of all! You can feel a lot of attention that goes into every cake they sell. Do check out the place if you are around Jalan Sultan next time!

Yes, I agreed that tonight desserts were really quite awesome but it is not free. We spent crazy amount of time shooting before the fork even sink into the beautiful master pieces.
Thank you @confettisg for the invite. The cakes are great. Not too sweet. Flavours are there. Have some depth and complexity. I am sure some tots were put onto them before the execution is done. The host, dawn, was a nice and awesome host. Do give the cakes a try if you are around the vicinity.
