I had a beautifully seared, 170g sirloin steak in medium rare. While the cut was average, the steak was cooked to perfection and soft throughout. CUT offers various sauces for your choosing — mustard, red wine, bearnaise and sweet/sour.

Fries had potato skins intact and were seasoned with sea salt. Very addictive.

I also chose broccolini as my side, and I enjoyed every bite. It was flavorful and the broccolini head was crisp.

Early cut menu comes with a starter, main, side and dessert for $95++. Available until 7pm!

Part of their early cut menu, crab cake is offered as one of the starter choices.

This dish focused solely on the crab, loaded generously with fresh and chunky flesh. Every bite was absolutely lovely!

These cheese puffs were on the house, served hot in a beautifully folded napkin. It was a pleasant surprise, and these little tasty morsels were a delight to snack on. It was very salty — but that whetted my appetite and got me wanting more!

Aside from these savory choux, CUT offers an extensive selection of bread as well. I tried the olive bread and onion focaccia bread. The olive bread had a tough and crisp crust, which went along well with their smooth butter spread. The onion focaccia bread was soft and oily; the caramelized onions adding a hint of sweetness.

Wonderful bread choices. There were also breadsticks!

Steam mussels were soooo fresh, and found out that they ship in the mussels every Thurs alive and not frozen! It's while stock lasts every week! Better to share to Pork Chop cos the portion is big! Service was so good and comfortable. Definitely worth the Michelin Star.

✨ I love how they served an assortment of bread to us instead of the usual basket of bread by the corner in most restaurants. The selection was amazing & thank you for giving me extras 🤤🤩🤩👏🏻⁣

✨ The beef steak certainly did not fail to impress & it was done perfectly. 👏🏻 I added a Maine lobster to my steak & it was a lovely addition to my main course. ⁣

✨ What really blew me away was the elegant bowl of white corn soup which looked so ordinary but it was the most flavorful corn 🌽 soup that I’ve ever tasted everrrr. Kudos to the chef for concocting this bowl of soup. 👏🏻👏🏻⁣

A worldwide exclusive to CUT at Marina Bay Sands, the Kaya “Baked Alaska” is an inspired interpretation of Singapore’s favourite “kaya toast set” that happens to hit the dessert jackpot big time.
This bestseller has our local all-day delight re-imagined as a stunningly scrumptious creation of coconut cake, pandan ice-cream and coconut sorbet clad in meringue. The accompanying coffee crumble and egg sabayon with a little sugar and butter are the respective representations of the cup of “kopi” and half boiled eggs one always has as part of the kaya toast set.
I love the fact that this wonderfully fragrant and none-too-sweet dessert is very light. So however stuffed you may be feeling by this point in your meal, you can still order one to inhale.
