This isn’t smoked salmon. It’s salmon flakes, possibly from a can. But I liked it anyway, and I think it matches the chee cheong fun better than smoked salmon would. The chee cheong fun is not as silky smooth and thin as the Pek Kio one, but it’s smooth enough and well stuffed. There’s a nice addition of chye poh and tobiko at the side too. Plus, zero queue.

Not sure if this is the usual standard, but found this too mushy for our liking and a little more bland than we expected. Had the mushroom which used enoki mushrooms and topped with chye poh which gave an extra bite.

They have other choice of ingredients too like Char Siew ($3.50), Prawn ($4), Ku Chai ($3) and even Smoked Salmon ($5) and Liver Sausage ($6).

So the red stuff is actl char siew chopped really finely. Taste wise was passable, the Chee Cheong fun is probably better than most places that don't make it themselves on the spot. The chili, chye Poh, and soy sauce really add a lot to the overall experience tho

The portion is freshly made and a nice healthy and simple breakfast meal to start your day! Absolutely yummy!

I spotted the red chili immediately after opening the styrofoam box. Sadly it wasn’t very spicy. Rolls were fresh and Q. I liked the chye pok which added flavor. The sauce was not salty enough for me. Quite bland overall. Not really my style.
