✨Bosco d’Inverno Pizza✨
I was actually really excited to try this wood fired pizza, especially since we sat next to the oven overlooking the whole process! Sadly, the pizza was not mind-blowingly special like the pasta, but it was still better than average. I was also a little disappointed when the truffle taste was quite faint, even though it was supposed to be the main ingredient of the pizza. The pizza crust is more chewy and fluffy, instead of hard and crispy. You can taste the burnt charcoal flavour from the crust, but besides that, there was not much fragrance to it. The cheese and mushrooms were the ones that stood out to me. It made this pizza really creamy and slightly sweet. Although this is not the best pizza I’ve tried, it’s still pretty decent, but I would prefer to order the pasta instead.

✨Tagliatelle al Granchio✨
This is a must to try! One of the best pastas I’ve ever eaten. Creamy, cheesy, and flavourful😋 The tagliatelle was really thick, yet soft to chew. The crab taste was quite prominent, even though there wasn’t much crab meat in the pasta itself. The portion is quite small for its price, but really worth it!

Legit plus sized meatballs. They even take the effort to melt cheese on every piece. Love the slightly charred exterior of the meatball and the superbly seasoned meat on the inside. Sauce was amazing too, a tangy umami bomb tomato sauce!

Managed to squeeze in a meal before no dining in restriction sets in again. One of my favourite pasta from Da Paolo, tagliatelle al granchio. Homemade egg pasta mixed with crab meat, tomatoes, cream, parmigiano reggiano and a dash of vodka.

We tried the veal ravioli that were pretty tasty as well. Opted to sit outdoors and were lucky that it’s pretty breezy.

Great ambience for dinner but pricey food. Enjoyed this plate of linguine and found the seasoning on point, but the serving is quite small for the price. Given that Dempsey is not a very accessible place, I will not make a trip down specifically to dine here.

Awesome tomato based cream pasta with crabmeat ($36) Portion was quite generous. Also tried their Veal Ravioli and a Pizza filled with Parma ham, mozzarella and basil. Pizza is really good.

Def a nice place for a relax dinner.
