Could you hear the sizzling from your screen??

Fancy a warm gooey brownie? Well this is just the treat for you! Lathered with Nutella sauce and a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top, this brownie is pure bliss and indulgence:)

One of the best burgers I’ve had!

Sandwiched between 2 soft buns was a thick patty wrapped with a slice Parma ham, topped with brie cheese and caramelised onions~ I must say that they’ve done the caramelised onions right! There was also a generous portion of thick cut fries and salad on the side.

Not exactly an italian dish but part of the valentine's day menu of an italian bistro. Buns were buttery, toasted and had a layer of caramelised onion sauce. In between the buns, wagyu beef, cheese mushrooms and parma ham. The distinctive ingredient here is the parma ham which was not so commonly used in burgers but definitely the most italian ingredient used here. Hence an additional smoky and saltiness punch not found in your typical beef sandwich.

Visited da paolo at Rochester for dinner and this was part of the valentine's day menu. The sauce that goes together with the taglietelle pasta was incredible. It was a marriage between tomato paste and carbonara cream- half red and white , and it was literally saturated with crab meat! I thoroughly enjoyed the taglietelle and would definitely patronise da paolo again for well made italian cuisine.

They serve handmade pasta noodles (yay). Handmade ones always taste better cos they're fresh and has a better chew to it.

The noodles are tossed in a savoury crab sauce. The sauce exerts a light sweet taste from the chunks of crabmeat! Two thumbs up for this dish. A tip would be to share this dish with another friend as it's quite creamy.

Do get the calamari with charcoal mayo dip too! Fresh, chewy squid coated with a thin layer of batter. Squeeze the lemon and dip it into the charcoal mayo, YUMMY.

Crabmeat and Homemade Tagiatelle ($28)

Loved the viscosity of the sauce, having a smooth and rich texture without being too thick, allowing for the perfectly cooked tagiatelle to be coated evenly and sufficiently. I found the portion to be just right for one person even though some reviewers had said that it was too small.

I do recommend getting their Tiramisu ($15) as well, you won't regret it.

The impeccable service along with a rather "atas" ambience made for a great dining experience.
