A comforting bowl of curry chicken noodles served with a generous amount of poached chicken, potatoes, fishcake, tau pok, bean sprouts, and pig skin. The curry gravy is rich in flavours with the right consistency, not too rich or lemak. It was fragrant, light and not too oily which makes it very drinkable. The chicken was moist and tender, goes well with the well-balanced curry gravy and not forgetting how the tau pok and pig skin soaked up the goodness from the curry 🤤 》$7 / Large

This place screams nostalgia. The rice had a nostalgic taste, with mild flavour and slight stickiness that made it endlessly addictive, even on its own

Chili was alright, abit sweet. Chicken was well done but nothing too noteworthy. The sauce is very mild and there's a lot of ckn oil.

And the soup just tastes like childhood. It's almost exactly the same taste as chicken macaroni soup.

Come for nostalgia and the rice, otherwise get their stellar curry ckn noodles

Tbh this is satisfying enough, 6 nett would be abit much

Rightfully celebrated, this is a stellar bowl. Super, super lemak and their chicken is good too. The taupok were especially flavourfully, it's a joy.

Worth a try even amongst the other good places at golden mile

One of my most reliable chicken rice stalls. Always go for the poached bird. On this occasion the rice was incredibly fragrant too. Watch out for the spicy chilli.

One of my most reliable chicken rice stalls. Their noodle is awesome too. This is only small, look at the size.

The recent rainy weather is perfect for a good bowl of chicken curry noodles like this. I tried the Curry Chicken Noodles ($6 for medium) from Do Po Hainanese Chicken Rice & Curry Chicken Noodle recently and it did not disappoint.

The curry is not very thick but it is smooth and full of flavour. The soft tau pok, pork skin (yes there is pork skin😍!) and noodles are deliciously soaked in the curry. The chicken is also very tender and the fried chilli that is served on the side is very fragrant. This is so comforting and not jelak at all - love it!
