There's nothing unorthodox here, and this also means you get all the classic breakfast/brunch favourites in one plate - scrambled eggs, bacon, sautéed kale, baby mushrooms, roasted tomatoes, and Italian sausage.
The first cafe on my list was Darling Cafe, it has such a cute name isn't it? Prior to my trip, Joleen @jo_monmon curated for me one whole list of about 20 (!!!) cafes to visit in Melbourne, and this is one of those she said I must visit.

And this is really good! The crisp, dense and chewy waffles were filled with peanut butter, and came with smashed banana mousse, seasonal berries before being drizzled with some golden syrup. And those pink stuff on top? It's cotton candy!
