Last I tried was few years back, impressed with with smoked duck pizza. Brought a Friend here tonight and we were both disappointed at the dishes. Greek Salad was so ordinary and bitter, Buffalo wings was tough and skinny, mussels was not fresh and the sauce tasted somewhat similar to the buffalo wing, one dimensional. Would not go back again.

Day & Night Burger - $20
Home-made Beef patty grilled to perfection with Cheddar cheese, rocket leaves, fresh tomatoes and truffle Mayonnaise on soft grilled Burger buns with Fries.

Beef patty was thick and juicy and I requested for it to be very well done and was not overly salty which is good. Also, Fries were served hot and crispy.

Nice and quiet place.

Vongole - $18
Linguine and Asari clams tossed in white wine sauce
Was tasty with a good amount of clams.

Sautéed Mussels - $10
New Zealand mussels sautéed in white wine and light spicy tomato sauce
I would say this dish is quite a value for money as not many places would price their mussel dish at 10$. The sauce was good and very lightly spicy. I would have preferred something more spicy but nevertheless, it's still really good. Good to try something less spicier once in a while.

Nice and quiet place.

Wooo graduate lo! That just means I'm unemployed at the moment 😪 anyway! Found this gem in the sea of cafes and restaurants in Tiong Bahru. They are only open at night from 5pm. If I remember it correctly this is called Chef's Choice ($18) which is a creamy tomato pasta with a generous amount of bacon, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes. We had mussels (with lots of garlic and spiciness) too which was equally fantastic. And remember, every Monday its happy hour! And currently they are having an SG51 promo on beers if I'm not wrong. There isn't much of a crowd at all. Maybe because it's Friday night. So if you're around the area and can't find seats, u might want to try heading down here for a meal (:

This is the random, touch and go kind eatery at Tiong Bahru but offers good affordable pasta, pizza and cheap beers! TGIF 😋

Case in point, the Bismark Pizza ($18) which came with an ugly overcooked egg and burnt edges. :( http://danielfooddiary.com/2015/02/23/dayandnight/
