It might not sound appealing, but its my favourite dishes among the three dishes.
It's flavourful, creamy and comforting, served with fresh mussels.
Garlic Studded Rack of Lamb.
The lamb was tender and juicy, not gamey at all and served with Artichoke,watercress and mint juice.
Tarte Normande.
Classic French apple tart with perfect sweetness of caramelized apple, served with Vanilla Ice cream.

Available during the dinner period, this 3-course menu is price affordably at $68++ per pax and what we had sampled was the Normandy menu which runs from 8-15 March, followed by Provence from 16-22 March and Lyon 23-31 March. To reserve your table, visit the link below or call 6688 8525.

The 3-course Normandy menu starts off with a Mussel & Cauliflower Velouté with a crunch from the herb croutons. The saffron cream will be served and poured tableside, and you can enjoy this comforting broth, packed with flavours before the main course. The Garlic-studded Rack of Lamb is served next, according to your preferred doneness, with artichokes, watercress and a mint jus. Perfectly executed with a charred crust on the outside while the inside meat remained juicy and not having a strong gamey aroma. The final course brings to you a Tarte Normande, a classic caramelized French apple tart with a side of vanilla ice cream. The shortcrust pastry forms the base and baked together with the creamy egg custard and crunchy apple wedges.

Stay tuned for next week’s Provence menu as we got a sneak preview of the dessert course, a fig tart.

Chocolate & Hazelnut Bûche de Noël as we end our meal. Layers of chocolate mousse and Hazelnut Dacquoise encased in chocolate glaze, accompanied by Gianduja Ice Cream, this was divine~ So much so that we were gushing over it with every bite.


Chilean Seabass served with Maine Lobster, part of the Festive 4-course menu @dbbistrosing for this weekend. Love the buttery-rich flavour and firm texture of Chilean Seabass served with classic French Sauce Américaine for a more robust taste.
