And the fillet is almost more tender than the drumstick. Masterful stuff, this is insane. Honestly this might be my favourite soya sauce ckn place, huazai sometimes too salty, Maria virgin is definitely too salty.
This stall's is tender and clean yet doesn't compromise on flavour at all.
After ogling at my hor fun, my wife ask me get another one for her as it tastes so good and is so value for money.
Decided to get the noodles version. The noodle was springy.
Chicken standard is consistent, soft and tender like the previous bowl.
Unbelievable price, for this entire chicken leg+ Hor fun, only $4.
Queue was quite long during weekend lunch time.
Chicken was soft and tender. The meat easily slides of the bone.
The chilli was quite good and mix quite well with the hor fun.
Overall a very filling bowl of hor fun.
Stall in Taman Jurong Food Center with perennial long queue. Order Soya Sauce Chicken drum stick noodles plus roast pork and braised egg. $5.60. The chicken was tender with silky chicken skin tasting sweet and savoury. The highlight of the meal has to be the roast pork. The pork skin was still biscuity crispy!
I’ll be back to this stall if ever I crave soya sauce chicken. Forget Liao Fan.

Excellent texture of chicken meat.
Both the skin and egg are truly braised through.
Signature chilli and dark savoury sauce blends the egg noodles nicely.
Highly recommended!
For just $3, you could have your soy sauce chicken with either rice or noodle.
.
I opted for the $4 soy sauce chicken with noodle.
.
The chicken leg on top of the noodle had a alluring color and glaze from the soy sauce. Served with a side of chye sim and a bowl of soup, this is clearly a winner at just $4.
.
The texture is moist and tender as the meat is just cooked through. The very thin layer of skin emits a nice soy aroma that is both fragrant and sweet.
.
The springy noodle is tossed in a sauce with a subtle savoriness that pleases my palate. The chili, in particular, possesses a umami flavor that elevates the taste of the noodle.
