The prawn was coated with batter, salted eggs, curry leaf and fresh chilli mixture, deep fry to achieve a golden brown and crispy crust. This is a dryer and crispy version of salted egg prawns which turned out quite well.
They were having a promo for their assam fish head which we decided to give it a try too. It turned out pretty good with citrusy assam gravy and vegetables. The fish head was fresh and the portion was very worth the promo price.
Crunchy and puffed exterior with soft and fragrant interior. The yam basket is filled with a colourful medley of capsicums, snow peas, carrots, baby corn, button mushroom, cashew nuts and crunchy prawns.
The prawn roll is coated with flour and deep-fried to create a crispy crust. It was packed with real prawn paste with flavourful seasoning and sweetness from the prawn. I like to have this together with their sweet plum dipping sauce.

🍤🍤🍤 I love how they deshell the prawns here before frying and layering on the salted egg sauce! Why do other people even put such delicious sauce on prawn shells or worse -- crab shells? You can't even eat the shells... 😖
Feeling hungry while at punggol cc for an event.
Found a coffee shop nearby.
The western food here seems like a new shop.
Had the double chicken chop, decided to try cheesy and devilish
Super spicy. 🌶🌶🌶🌶🌶
The cheesy flavour became tasteless due to the spiciness from the devilish sauce.
